Pune Nursing College was established in 2001 by the Symbiosis Healthcare Foundation with a strong commitment to address the acute shortage of trained, qualified nursing personnel in the state of Maharashtra. From humble beginnings with a single batch of 30 GNM scholars, we have expanded to become a premier research and clinical training institute.
Over the past two decades, we have continuously upgraded our academic curriculum, built cutting-edge simulation laboratories, established partnerships with major regional hospitals, and successfully placed thousands of students in hospital networks globally.
Today, our campus accommodates over 500 active scholars across undergraduate, postbasic, and postgraduate specialties, supported by a board-certified advisory panel to keep nursing competencies aligned with international medical developments.
To be an globally recognized center of excellence in nursing education, leadership, and clinical research, cultivating nurses who lead the healthcare landscape with innovation and compassion.
To offer state-of-the-art academic curricula, integrate modern simulation diagnostic centers, run community outreach programs, and foster clinical competencies built on evidence-based health research.
Compassion, integrity, accountability, clinical excellence, respect for life, and collaborative teamwork form the foundation of our student code of conduct.
